From the pharmacy counter to the codebase
I'm Radosław Kaczmarczyk, a licensed pharmacist with a few years of practice in Poland and ten years in Norwegian pharmacies — dispensing, advising patients, and living inside the software that runs a modern pharmacy. Somewhere along the way I stopped just using that software and started asking how I'd build it better. Then I started building.
In 2026 I moved back to Poland with a clear direction: work at the intersection of pharmacy and software. My domain knowledge — prescriptions, reimbursement, substitution rules, inventory, patient communication — is the thing a pure CS graduate can't offer. My code is how I put it to work.
Alongside work I keep studying: in autumn 2026 I'm taking courses at the University of Bergen — databases, digital culture and philosophy (Examen philosophicum).

What I'm looking for
A team building software where healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge matters — e-pharmacy, e-health, pharmacy management systems, health data. I bring the counter-side perspective into the sprint: I know what the end user in the white coat and patients actually need, and I can build toward it.
